Her Daughter's Dream
July 10, 2010 | 17 comments
I just received an ARC (advanced readers’ copy) of the second half of Marta’s Legacy. The cover is gorgeous! This book continues Marta and Hildemara’s stories and brings in the next two generations -- Carolyn and May Flower Dawn, whose lives span the 50s to present day. This half of Marta’s Legacy will reveal the rifts and chasms between these mothers and daughters and what it takes to build bridges to bring them together again. Her Daughter’s Dream will be in stores mid-September.

I can't wait! Thanks for bringing us such intelligent, well-written and inspiring books, Francine! You're my favorite author, bar none. Her Daughter's Dream gives me something to look forward to at the end of a really great summer.

Can't wait until it comes out! Loved the first one!
Hi
Can't wait to read this book. I finished reading "Her Mother's Hope" last week, and loved the story. The characters are so believable and their stories truly pull at the heart. They are so real and so like many of us in our daily struggles. What faith they evidence. I see that the sequel - "Her Daughter's Dream" - will be released in the States in September. I am not sure when we will see this book in South Africa, but I am hoping that it will be by December 2010, so that I can take the book on holiday with me for some more blessed reading of Francines beloved characters.

Thank You!!!
I am so so excited for part 2. I just finished part 1 and LOVED it. I want everyone to read it, it was so good! I am glad I will only have a couple months to wait to finish the story. God Bless You!
Last evening I read with anticipation to the last words of Marta and her hope...and now I must wait until September! Thank you for the careful descriptions of the thoughts and emotions of these two women. How often we communicate incorrectly and cause these chasms to grow. Over the last week I have felt like I was walking the way with Mama and Hildie, and so desperately desire to see this relationship healed. I trust that this process has been more than that for you as you journey back and forward again. Until September...
Just finished the 1st book and loved it as I do all Franchine Rivers books! Can't wait until the 2nd one is on the shelves. I'll be in line for the store to open!
I am soooo looking forward to this book!!

Looking forward to reading about those bridges being built.
I can not wait although the book will only be in South Africa in Nov 2010. So unfair that we have to wait so long.
Francine,
I'm not much of a reader but anything and I mean everything written by you, I grab and devour every single word. I am so sad to get to the end. I look forward, with great anticipation to the sequel...and hope, we in South African will have it by Christmas.
God bless you Francine and thank you Lord for this wonderfully gifted writer. I pray that she will be blessed with many more books in the future.
We are farmers in South Africa,
God bless,
